This session is intended for new ongoing/fixed term staff convening a unit now or in the future, as well as sessional staff who will be convening units.Â
Designed for educators new to the University, this induction will assist new educators to navigate Swinburne's structure, policies and initiatives, educational practices and other important information.Â

New Educator Induction: for sessional educators not convening a unit
Designed for educators new to the University, this induction will assist new sessional educators to navigate Swinburne's structure, policies and initiatives, educational practices and other important information.
This induction also includes a welcome from the schools' Associate Deans of Education, as well as relevant information for sessional staff across all schools.Â
